If you don’t already have software or would like to change the one you use, I will help you with set up.

My preferred software is QuickBooks Online. You can choose to pay for the software directly or have it added to your monthly bookkeeping fee.

No business is too small for accurate bookkeeping. Besides being an IRS requirement to keep good business records, as a good business owner, you also want to make smart decisions and reach your goals.

You may be small today but if you’re serious about your business, you will grow by hiring a competent bookkeeper.

For small businesses that aren’t making a decent profit just yet, I recommend Wave, a free bookkeeping software. I also help with setup and training in Wave so you can hit the ground running.

I don’t offer tax services but will work with your tax preparer to seamlessly provide what they need to work on your return.

Two professionals on your team are better than one! With me, you will have a CPA working closely on your bookkeeping.

I will need online access to banks, credit cards, PayPal, and your invoicing system.

Almost all of these allow a read-only accountant login and I will work with you in setup so your data is secure.

This allows me to work efficiently and minimize requests for information that can instead be found within these banks/platforms.

Once your books have been set up, they are maintained monthly. After the month ends, your transactions will be categorized and financial statements will be pulled and reviewed.

You will receive one e-mail of questions/clarifications where needed and once those questions have been addressed, you'll receive your report with the financial statements and highlights of what the numbers are telling you.

You will have your books by the 15th of the month, if not sooner.

The standard bookkeeping package starts at $350 per month and varies based on your business complexity and customizations.

If you need “rescue” services such as a clean-up or catch-up of your bookkeeping, these will be an additional fee depending on the required work.

You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice for any reason.
